Measure performance, provide feedback
- hold Area Managers accountable for their performance and the performance of their departments. Leverage Area Managers by sourcing and nurturing ideas and rolling them into the creation of improvement plans for the functional area. - Position Requirements: Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or a related field and three years of experience in management consulting, technical management, logistics engineering, or a related occupation. Employer will also accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and three years of experience. Must have three years of experience in the following skill(s): (1) salaried workforce or program management experience in a global supply chain, manufacturing, production or procurement, distribution, logistics, or related environment or operations
- (2) experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies, or related performance metrics or process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics
