Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule: Monday - Friday; 6:00 am - 2:30 pm with OT as needed by the business What you will do: Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain production/welding fixtures to ensure dimensional accuracy, repeatability, and reliable operation.

Fabricate, modify, and improve welding fixtures to support manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Design, build, and maintain stationary and mobile storage racks, carts, and workstations to improve material flow, organization, and ergonomics.

Operate manual machine tools such as mills, lathes, drill presses, grinders, and saws to manufacture and repair components. Perform precision machining of fixture components, replacement parts, and custom tooling. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T requirements.

Weld (MIG/TIG) and fabricate steel and aluminum components for manufacturing support projects. Inspect fixtures and fabricated components to verify dimensional accuracy and functionality. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations to identify fixture improvements that enhance safety, quality, and productivity.
