- *Role can be based in Manchester or London Amazon EU Fresh & Perishable Grocery is seeking a Manager III, Instock Management to lead a high-performing team responsible for delivering exceptional customer availability, inventory health

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- experience in a relevant field - Experience in a people management role, leading teams and growing organizations - Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, contract management, lease administration or operations - Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives - Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, visualization tools - Tableau, Quicksight, etc. - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
- MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience in high impact roles in operations including Vendor Management, Supply Chain
- Retail Operations - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
