Key job responsibilities - Own the product vision and roadmap, translating customer insights and business priorities into a clear, sequenced strategy across a 1–3 year horizon. - Define multi-year product and technical strategy across owned and dependent tech systems - Experiment and test hypotheses using data-driven outcomes, designing and executing weblabs and A/B experiments to validate product decisions, measure customer impact

  • Bachelor's degree - 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Experience building complex software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
