  • The Dedicated Cloud Training team is looking for a customer-obsessed, detail-oriented Lab Development Engineer to develop hands-on training labs and automation solutions to support the Curriculum Development team. As a Lab Development Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing next-generation technology for publishing training curriculum and improving the student training experience. You will have the opportunity to dive deep into technologies including AWS, CI/CD pipelines

  • 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - Experience designing and developing IT or technical training materials and content - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of Amazon RME (Reliability Maintenance Engineering) BB/3P Full Time Exempt experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Experience with Learning & Development and course facilitation - Experience in a training role, including technical training - Experience conducting predictive and preventative maintenance procedures on material handling equipment and automated systems - Experience repairing material handling equipment (MHE), automated conveyor systems
