" Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SAP Basis Responsibilities: Identifies and resolves business issues.

Analyzes system logs and performance metrics, recommends and implements improvements, modifies SAP system parameters to improve performance, and troubleshoots issues. Configures SAP Transport Management System (TMS). Manages transports and performs daily monitoring/health checks.

Runs and manages background jobs. Installs and configures printers, other devices, and email configurations. Sets up operation modes. HANA experience is mandatory. Candidate should be open to travel. Should have performed kernel upgrades, patches & add-on upgrades, and system refresh/system copy.

Should have experience in SAP system installations and upgrades. Hands-on experience in AMS/Support projects with exposure to ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Mandatory skill sets: Experience in SLA-driven support environments and handling critical/priority issues.

Should be comfortable working in shifts/on-call support model. Experience in root cause analysis (RCA) and preparing incident reports. Exposure to system monitoring tools (e.g., Solution Manager, EWA reports). Preferred skill sets: .
