Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary: Ensure all shipments to and from sites, both locally and internationally, comply with applicable regulations, courier specifications, and study requirements. Resolve shipping challenges and support logistics operations while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing: Coordinate logistics, kit production, and inventory control activities to support laboratory operations Ensure compliance with global shipping regulations, including customs, FDA, and dangerous goods requirements Prepare shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, letters of instruction, and airway bills Liaise with project management teams to determine shipping needs and provide logistics guidance Track, trace, and resolve shipment issues to ensure timely delivery Maintain courier systems, address databases, and ensure accurate data within QLIMS Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock of shipping materials Support training of staff and contribute to process improvements for logistics efficiency What We Are Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent 2 year of related experience.

We appreciate your honesty and professionalism. The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $46,000.00 - $95,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).

Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
