Adheres to established technology standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements in all tasks. Collaborates to communicate status, seek guidance, and contribute to day-to-day operational continuity. Performs highly routine, well-defined tasks under close supervision, following documented procedures, installation guides, and standard outputs to support stable and efficient operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time. 1. Performs routine operational support tasks for assigned technology platforms, infrastructure, or systems by following established procedures, checklists, and runbooks under close supervision. 2.

Supports field installations and on-site deployments by executing predefined tasks such as basic equipment setup, physical connections, labeling, verification, and post-installation validation steps. 3. Assists with staging equipment, preparing materials, and confirming installation details as directed by senior teammates or installation leads. 4.

Monitors basic system alerts, service requests, or queues, escalating non-routine issues or deviations from standard procedures to more senior support resources. 5. Reviews operational data, installation results, or documentation for completeness and accuracy, making minor corrections when instructed. 6.

Documents activities, incidents, requests, and installation outcomes clearly and accurately in designated tools. 7. Communicates primarily within the immediate team to share status updates, ask questions, and obtain guidance. 8. Follows approved technology standards, security requirements, safety guidelines, and compliance procedures in all daily and field activities. 9.

Participates in onboarding, training, and learning activities to build foundational knowledge of systems, tools, and operational processes. Qualifications Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
