The Global Supply Chain (GSC) team is centrally responsible for the Order to Delivery of Retail Electric Power Division’s (REPS) products across eight global facilities.
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Planning Analyst to support key initiatives across S&OP and supply chain operations. In this role, you will support the global supply planning processes through data preparation, analytics, stakeholder coordination, and automation initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing facilities and planning teams to prepare the monthly global supply plan, support key planning cycles such as Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Rolling Business Management (RBM), and drive continuous improvement through analytics and digital tools.
The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in supply planning and data analytics to deliver impactful results across cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Supply Planning Validate and release the monthly demand plan to manufacturing facilities.
- Consolidate the production plan of individual manufacturing facilities and prepare the global production plan.
- Prepare and maintain the global supply plan based on the approved production plan.
- Monitor supply-demand alignment and identify potential constraints and mitigation actions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with demand planning teams to understand forecast changes and their supply implications.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure effective execution of supply plans.
- Communicate supply risks, constraints and recovery plans to relevant stakeholders.
- Planning Cycle Support (ABP/RBM) Support the team lead in annual business plan (ABP) and rolling business management (RBM) activities and submissions.
- Prepare data templates, scenario analyses, and executive-ready presentations for leadership reviews.
- Ensure alignment among demand, supply, and inventory plans during planning cycles.
- Digital & Automation Initiatives Participate in automation and digital analytics projects (dashboards, data pipelines, process automation).
- Identify manual activities and recommend opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Support the development of reporting and analytical tools to enhance planning visibility and decision-making.
- Background/Experience (Required): Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred. 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning or demand planning.
- Working knowledge of MRP, DRP, and S&OP process.
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Snowflake Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and global environment.
- Background/Experience (Desired): Experience in a fast-paced, global supply chain or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with ERP and planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
