Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 2+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience supporting process improvement initiatives using data and metrics - Working knowledge of Excel, Python and SQL - Experience coordinating program execution and tracking performance Preferred qualifications - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience in resolving conflicts, providing crisis management triage

You will manage defined projects, track progress against goals
  • ensure timely delivery of tasks. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across teams to understand requirements, resolve blockers
  • maintain visibility on program health. While you may seek guidance for complex decisions, you are expected to independently manage day-to-day execution. You’ll also use data to identify trends, support improvements to existing processes
  • ensure that deliverables align with team goals and metrics. Your work will contribute directly to the reliability and efficiency of operations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Knowledge of Kaizen and Lean methodology techniques - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
