As the Students and Graduates (S&G) Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to identifying, attracting, and hiring top early-career talent for management, professional, and technical roles.
In this highly visible role, you will provide thought leadership and operational support across the enterprise, helping Caterpillar build a strong pipeline of future pioneers, innovators, and problem solvers who will shape what’s next. You will develop and implement strategic recruitment programs, partner closely with Talent Acquisition leadership, and drive consistent adoption of leading practices that support a best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience
What You’ll Do

- Relocation assistance is available for this role Sponsorship is not available Summary Pay Range: $128,470.00 - $192,710.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
