Builds advanced AI models and data architectures to improve system accuracy, efficiency, and resilience, applying AI and analytics to generate actionable insights that support strategic decisions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into business applications and workflows. 3. Conducts experiments and evaluates AI initiative performance to drive continuous improvement. 4. Contributes to technical innovation efforts and advancement of AI capabilities. 5.
Provides technical guidance, coaching, and training to AI and data teams. 6. Enforces and adheres to AI and data governance standards aligned with organizational goals. 7. Mentors junior team members to build AI expertise and promote a data-driven culture. 8.
Leads large or complex technical initiatives that involve technically challenging requirements, involving delegation of work and review of work products of the lower-level technical professionals. 9. Monitors technical project progress, identifies risks, and ensures alignment with business objectives. 10.
Works with stakeholders to identify real-world problems and apply AI and analytics for actionable insights. Qualifications Required Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Strong knowledge of AI models, data architectures, and analytics methodologies

- Implementation of Data Control Frameworks in federated operating models History of effective performance within shared service, matrix or federated environments Internal or external consulting experience Experience with formalized organizational assessment practices (e.g.
- Capability Maturity Model), including implementation of recommended improvements Experience with effective control creation based off risks identified from risk assessments and policy adherence The annual base salary for this position is $130000 - $170000 General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation: All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
