The Global Customer Experience organization is looking for a dynamic, energetic, results focused Executive Business Administrator to join the team and provide high level support for our executive.

As an Executive Business Administrator, you will work in close partnership with the Business Manager and other members of the Chief of Staff Office and GCX Leadership Team to provide seamless support. The position requires someone who has excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills along with the ability to work at the Microsoft executive level.
The ability to work successfully under pressure in a fast-paced team environment, build and maintain effective working relationships, accommodate diverse working styles and be fair and unbiased are essential to success in this role, along with attention to detail and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
The individual for this position must be willing to step in wherever help is needed and work closely with the CE&S LT Executive Admin team. The ability to clearly prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously within a global and cross-organizational team is essential.

Responsibilities Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Manage and maintain complex calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and time management for the executive Coordinate domestic and international travel, including on-the-ground logistics.
Prepare Expense Reports in a compliant and timely manner. Work closely with the Business Manager on aligning Rhythm of the Business processes and operations with Leaders calendar and ensure tight coordination of commitments. Coordinate scheduling and logistics for Leadership Teams staff meetings, All Hands, events and offsites, including venue selection, meeting details, and material preparation.
Build an understanding of what is critical to the business, allowing you to make the appropriate decisions which impact the Leaders' time. Oversee all aspects of the administrative tools such as MSExpense, MyOrder, and Employee Central to oversee and act as the information champion for such data.
Support the budgeting and HC management process including opening POs, etc. Qualifications Required Qualifications: 5+ years Administrative, Business Support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others. 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training). 3+ years of scheduling experience managing multiple Senior Leader calendars, high volume clientele at General Manager level and above.
- Solid organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communications skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions and to juggle multiple projects at once, in addition to dealing with ambiguity.
- Solid project-management and problem-solving skills.
- Must be assertive and have a high level of integrity and consistently demonstrate a positive can-do attitude with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism.
- Eager and able to work effectively under pressure with short time constraints and in relatively ambiguous and complex situations, as well as the ability to adjust direction in response to changing work situations.
- Able to work successfully in a team environment, build effective working relationships inside and outside group with varying levels of collaborators and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups.
- Knowledge of corporate organization and ability to navigate it and knowledge of departmental business practices and tools is required.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
- Knowledge of internal Microsoft tools such as Employee Central, MS Expense, MSTravel, MyOrder, etc.
- Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31.49 - $51.97 per hour.
- There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area
- the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $42.93 - $59.33 per hour.
