All Job Posting Locations: North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia Job Description: Purpose: This manager level position provides strategic partnership to the Electrophysiology Australia & New Zealand organisation, developing data-driven talent strategies that curate the talent and capabilities required to deliver, shaping our culture and employee experiences, accelerating performance through leadership coaching and team effectiveness, and leveraging internal and external insights to diagnose and design optimised models and teams.

In addition to our Electrophysiology & Neurovascular businesses, the role will provide strategic HR partnership to the Vision organization in ANZ as well You will be responsible for: Talent Strategy & Management: Identify and diagnose talent needs of the business through strong business and analytical acumen and effective analysis.

Partner to develop talent strategy to attract, develop and retain talent, including robust succession planned talent and critical capability building. Culture & Engagement: Partner with business leaders to shape culture and employee engagement strategies guided by survey insights, employee sentiment, exit insights and predictive retention modelling.

Leadership Coaching & Effectiveness: Develop trusted partnerships and coaching relationships with leaders and talent to build leadership capabilities and enhance leader impact. Partner on team effectiveness program options. Execution: Drive career and development efforts across the organisation.

Execute organisational design efforts. Partner and coach on effective internal communication. Execute on ad-hoc HR projects and requests. Qualifications / Requirements: Growth Mindset – embraces a mindset of continual self-learning and growth, embracing feedback and using experiences to learn.
