Job Title Senior Production Supervisor Job Description Your role: Manages a team of highly-skilled direct reports to ensure efficient production, high quality, and on-time delivery. Allocates resources effectively and fosters a collaborative, high-performing work environment.

Leads continuous improvement and Lean initiatives to optimize processes and eliminate waste. Drives sustainable gains in efficiency, performance, and operational excellence. Maximizes manufacturing performance by improving productivity, equipment utilization, and cost efficiency.

Use data-driven insights and best practices to achieve operational targets. Ensures adherence to production specifications and quality requirements throughout the manufacturing process. Maintains consistent standards to meet customer expectations and compliance requirements.

Builds a collaborative and accountable team environment. Encourages employees to share ideas and expertise to achieve common goals. You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 1+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain or equivalent.

You have a Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent. You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

You have a Lean Leadership Training/Certification or equivalent. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. This is an onsite role on 1st Shift. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
