This role is responsible for leading New Product Introduction (NPI) financial analysis, partnering closely with machine and engine teams, providing tariff impact support, evaluating product costs
• delivering strategic business insights to drive informed decision-making and business performance. What You Will Do:
• Lead financial support and analysis for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.
• Support tariff analysis and assess financial impacts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across diverse functions and backgrounds.
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. What You Have:
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience desired
• Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.
• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems.
• Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
• ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
• Managing Multiple Priorities: Knowledge of effective self-management practices
• ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation. What Will Set You Apart:
• Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems

• Accounting: Knowledge of accounting methods, processes, and tools; ability to maintain and prepare financial statements and reports using accounting methods and processes.
• Financial Analysis: Knowledge of tools and approaches of financial analysis; ability to read, interpret and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
• Financial Reporting: Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools of financial reporting
• ability to create and maintain accurate and thorough financial reports. Summary Pay Range: $97,530.00 - $146,290.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
