Job Brief The Customer Strategy area owns the end-to-end creation of in-product messaging, content and experiences that drive action and help customers unlock the full value of Moneybox — work that has to be creative, engaging and impactful while feeling like a seamless part of the wider product.

We're looking for a Product Designer to raise the quality bar for interaction, visual design, motion and product thinking across these high-impact surfaces. This is a high-autonomy role with real ownership — you'll shape the underlying system and guidelines, not just the execution layer — tackling commercially aligned problems that increase clarity, conversion and long-term engagement.

You'll be part of the UI, Systems and Content team, reporting to the Design Lead.
