About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced Senior Business Relationship Support Specialist to join the Corporate and Investment Banking Client Delivery team. This role is for a vacancy in our Toronto office and sits within a team that supports Canada, Latin America, and the Caribbean, with primary responsibility for a portfolio of Canadian clients.
This is a fast-paced, client-facing role suited to a highly organized professional with strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering an excellent client experience. The role supports client onboarding, ongoing customer due diligence, and day-to-day servicing across treasury and credit needs
In This Role, You Will
- Support a portfolio of Canadian clients, with accountability for end-to-end servicing outcomes.
- Own the customer experience by serving as the primary point of contact for operational inquiries related to funds movement, payment processing, and credit-related needs.
- Proactively manage client concerns and complex issues, ensuring timely follow-up, escalation (when needed), and solution-driven outcomes.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to monitor and resolve overdrafts and process exception wire requests as required.
- Support due diligence activities across the client lifecycle, including onboarding and ongoing customer due diligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, Credit Analysts, peers and management; coordinate effectively across stakeholders to deliver results.
- Partner with Relationship Managers to execute transactions for complex customers with high operating exposures.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Treasury Management products and services relevant to the portfolio.
- Develop and maintain expertise in policies, procedures, and controls applicable to your activities and responsibilities.
- Support peer Client Delivery Consultants and contribute to projects and initiatives that improve delivery outcomes and operational effectiveness.
- Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Business Relationship Support experience
- equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly demanding team environment.
- Familiarity with AML, KYC, customer due diligence, and financial crimes concepts and practices.
- Knowledge of global treasury management industry products, and services.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills; resourceful and resilient when faced with challenges.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills.
- Comfort using approved AI-enabled tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, to improve productivity, workflow efficiency, and client delivery outcomes.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests effectively.
- Strong attention-to-detail and accuracy.
- Job Expectations: Hybrid work schedule: at least three full days in the office each week, with flexibility to work from home up to two days per week but subject to change.
- Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed to support client and business requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 10% within the country.

- Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
