We are seeking a Senior Manager, Patient Recruitment & Trial Optimization to join our Global Partnerships & Trial Optimization (GPTO), Patient Engagement team in a hybrid work model.

In this role, you will lead patient recruitment and retention strategy development across clinical programs and studies while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, CRO partners, vendors, and study teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

When & where: US Remote or UK remote Discover your role: Lead development of study-level patient recruitment and retention strategies Drive participant profile definition and clinical trial journey mapping Partner with stakeholders to deliver data-driven clinical strategy insights Manage country feasibility assessments and operational landscape activities Develop vendor strategies with sourcing teams and external partners Deliver patient insights to inform protocol design and study execution You collaborate effectively across diverse, global stakeholder groups You translate complex data into clear, actionable insights This role requires: Strong experience operationalizing clinical development programs globally Proven ability to develop patient recruitment and retention strategies Experience using data to inform clinical strategy and decision-making Ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences Experience building relationships across cross-functional teams and partners Experience in process development, implementation, and change management Does this sound like you?
