- As a Senior Technical Business Developer, you will serve as a key individual contributor and subject matter expert for capital equipment sourcing, contract negotiations

You will partner closely with partner teams across the organization to ensure material readiness and targets are met. You will help establish standards for how procurement operates and contribute to the development of sourcing managers and buyers through thought leadership and process design. Key job responsibilities - Own end-to-end capital equipment sourcing across multiple advanced product portfolios, including supplier identification, market analysis, RFQ/RFP execution, total cost of ownership modeling
- award decisions across equipment, automation systems, tooling
- infrastructure. Develop and implement sourcing approaches that optimize cost efficiency while advancing technical capabilities. - Lead complex negotiations with OEMs, equipment manufacturers
- service providers - structuring commercial agreements covering pricing, payment terms, warranties, SLAs
- long-lead-time components
- managing the full contract lifecycle including amendments, renewals
- dispute resolution. - Develop sourcing frameworks, standard operating procedures
- operating mechanisms that scale with the organization - supporting and mentoring sourcing managers and buyers through technical guidance. - Establish and manage supplier performance programs, including scorecards, SLAs

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering
- a related field - 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing
- procurement in an industrial automation
- similar technical environment - Experience managing CAPEX procurement programs and vendor portfolios for complex environments, including equipment, automation
- tooling - Experience leading contract negotiations with OEMs, equipment manufacturers
- construction contractors for agreements of significant value - Experience developing sourcing strategies, procurement frameworks
- standard operating procedures - Technical background or demonstrated experience in automation or new product introduction
- Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience in automation, semiconductors, high-tech
- similar industries - Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle
- similar) - Six Sigma, Lean
