The team works upstream with partners to align on brief expectations, campaign strategy, timelines and kickoff processes, while also driving consistency in creative standards, templates, governance and repository hygiene. Across recurring Enterprise email and campaign work, the team balances speed, clarity and collaboration to keep programs moving efficiently, support evolving business needs and deliver creative that is aligned to brand playbooks, audience strategy and enterprise priorities.
Job Summary: The Creative Producer assists with the development and implementation of overall marketing programs and internal communications for the Brand Creative team. The position is responsible for managing creative workflows from brief through execution, including categorizing and uploading creative assets, and working closely with cross-functional teams.
The Producer serves as a subject matter expert in creative operations and acts as a key point of contact for stakeholders on assigned work, ensuring clear and effective communication, and proactively escalating risks when deadlines may be impacted.
Roles & Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities: Partners with the managers and cross-functional partners in an “agile” type setting to execute programs across various clients in alignment with key stakeholders. Works closely with cross functional teams like .com, advertising operations, sales, client service managers, creative and more to execute multiple campaigns to deliver on client expectations.
Be great at requirement gathering and translating the requirements to design specifications that then need to be tracked for progress Be the subject matter expert in current process, holding partners accountable to the aligned-on process while flexing and always looking forward to improving efficiencies in process.
Leads a multitude of projects involving creative by coordinating timelines, project work scope, scheduling, logistics, and revises as appropriate. Works closely with designers, producers and associates with both India and US teams to facilitate quality creative through its entire project life cycle.
Ensuring milestones are hit in timelines such as, briefing, internal review, client review, final approvals, and trafficking handoffs. Ensures collaboration with channel partners for alignment of creative delivered through different mediums to the customer (banner, radio, digital video, etc.).
Responsible to organize assets together for release and uploads. Understand brand strategy and ensure adherence through all campaigns creatively executed through SSCB Creative team projects. Coordinates trafficking of all Lowe’s paid media assets; primary responsibility for Digital Display and vendor funded audio including DIY and Pro campaigns.
Works collaboratively with internal Producers and Creative partners and external Media Agency contacts Prior to trafficking assets, performs required QA functions to ensure assets pass HTML code requirements, display correctly, and contain appropriate backup content as required.
Interfaces with Media Agency to communicate deliverable updates and assists in troubleshooting issues by coordinating resolution between Agency and Internal Creative Team. Actively works within Ad ID platform to enhance and update required Media Mix Modelling data, which includes media channel, campaign flighting, merchandise division, and other relevant ad tracking data Organizes and sends final working files for upload into BLUE; includes capture of key metadata to facilitate accurate ingestion of assets.
Years of Experience: 2-4 years' experience with 1 year of running creative workflows. Education Qualification & Certifications (optional) Required Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in any field. Skill Set Required Primary Skills (must have): Project Management: Partner closely with creative teams to develop monthly social content and creative campaigns to ladder up the larger initiatives.
Experience in organizing, strategizing, production, and creative execution of Campaigns. Stakeholder Management: Leading communication internally with development, production teams, and external partners. Collecting and translating feedback into actionable while managing lines of communication internally.
Communication: Good with communication and presentation skillsets. Experience working in an ‘agile’ type setting to execute programs across various clients in alignment with key stakeholders. Experience in managing creative executions and keep work on a timeline while being able to effectively communicate status on the project.
Secondary Skills (desired): Familiarity with project management platforms, Adobe Workfront preferred.
