Status : Temporary, Full Time (12 months) Responsibilities : Keep all Work Instructions pertaining to the role and department up to date Work on creating a knowledge-book for Intern Role Monitors Order Entry system (ECC) system performance to ensure tracing issues are dealt with in a prompt and effective manner as assigned by Team Leader for Abbott Diagnostics in addition to Abbott Molecular, Point of Care.
Assist with system enhancements for all division that the department supports Support managing and coordinating shipments and logistics Support in accounts or divisions to ensure customer satisfaction Able to perform and back up some Customer Service Rep duties and responsibilities GHX Support Project work as assigned Daily Report creation Supply Chain document storage Assist the Supervisor, Customer Service and Supply Chain as needed Bilingualism is preferred Required Education and Experience: Candidates must be enrolled in a university and currently in the process of completing a bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain or similar program.
