- Cigna Healthcare Global Health Benefits is looking for an Agile Product Manager to help shape products that support international health benefits. In this role, you will guide the product vision for Policy Administration System scrum teams and help improve how our North America region supports global health business needs. You will connect customer insight, business strategy

- energized by turning complex needs into clear product outcomes. Responsibilities
- Own and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that align business goals, customer needs, portfolio priorities, and delivery capacity.
- Translate strategic initiatives into product outcomes by shaping epics, defining features, and helping teams understand the value behind the work.
- Partner with business leaders, portfolio managers, product owners, architects, release train engineers, and delivery leads to align priorities and manage dependencies.
- Lead discovery work using customer feedback, data, design thinking, and business insight to test ideas before teams invest in delivery.
- Guide roadmap decisions by balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, risk, and team capacity.
- Support planning routines, including PI planning and backlog prioritization, so agile teams know what matters most and why.
- Collaborate with outcome owners to define product measures, track progress, and show how product work improves business and customer results.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, Data teams, and UX/UI design teams to ensure the customer voice is embedded at all stages of the product delivery cycle
- Help move epics and features from idea to done by staying close to delivery progress, tradeoffs, risks, and decision points.
- Promote a healthy agile culture where teams learn from feedback, solve problems together, and stay focused on continuous improvement. Qualifications Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership related role.
- Experience working with agile teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver product or technology solutions.
- Ability to turn business needs into clear product direction, roadmap priorities, features, acceptance considerations, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and practical way.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships across business, technology, portfolio, and delivery teams.
- Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work with international stakeholders across regions and time zones.

- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, healthcare, or a related field.
- Experience in health benefits, insurance, global health, or international business operations.
- Experience with Jira or a similar agile work management tool.
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or willingness to complete certification after hire.
- Experience applying design thinking, customer experience methods, data insights, or analytics to improve product decisions.
- Comfort working with both business and technical partners to evaluate options, clarify tradeoffs

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 99,000 - 165,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
