The Worldwide Public Sector Pricing Compliance team is looking for a Pricing Compliance Program Manager to support our US Federal customers. In this role, you'll own critical programs with significant business impact, driving the design and implementation of compliance controls and processes that reduce company risk and create contracting opportunities that may have previously been blocked. This role involves a deep level of tactical and data analytical work, but you'll also represent public sector needs to executive leadership as needed. You'll regularly engage both AWS Service teams and AWS Pricing technology teams to design process and technical solutions that ensure pricing compliance — blending Program and Product Management skill sets on a daily basis.   • Become the Subject Matter Expert on public sector contract pricing requirements (e.g., Not-to-Exceed pricing, price catalog requirements, notification requirements) and how they map to AWS pricing systems and processes
  • Analyze new and existing requirements to assess AWS' ability to comply, and design solutions that reduce contract risk and remove contracting roadblocks
  • Drive alignment across pricing/billing teams, service teams, and sales leadership to support program objectives and unblock business opportunities
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with Sales, Contracts, Finance, Legal, and Service teams to ensure strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage day-to-day operational activities related to pricing compliance processes and deliverables A day in the life Your day might start with reviewing a new solicitation's pricing requirements and mapping them against AWS systems to identify compliance gaps. By afternoon, you're collaborating with billing and engineering teams on a technical solution, then syncing with Sales and Legal to unblock a contracting issue. You'll shift between strategic problem-solving and tactical execution, partnering across teams to turn complex compliance challenges into actionable paths forward. About the team The WWPS Pricing Compliance team is responsible for ensuring compliance with all public sector pricing obligations. General responsibilities include: (i) RFP/solicitation review, (ii) contract requirements mapping, (iii) risk identification
  • (iv) solution/audit design and execution.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience in contract management - Experience extracting and analyzing financial data at an intermediate level (SQL, Excel, or similar tools)
  • Knowledge of government contracting laws, rules and regulations including, but not limited to, commercial items contracting requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
