Job Summary This role is focused on Comcast Business' Network Engineering Operations workflow optimization through Agentic AI.
This job includes development of process flow diagrams, and business / technical requirements for Agentic AI product innovation and process optimization. Responsibilities also include incubating and maintaining the quarter-over-quarter Agentic Automation roadmap on behalf of the Service Delivery and Service Assurance functions within Network Engineering Operations through long-form shadow sessions and workflow deep dives with frontline employees across all functions.
Job Description Responsibilities: Developing workflows / process flow diagrams, business requirements, and technical specifications to drive the innovation of Agentic AI / automation products and applications. Works alongside Systems Architects and Software Engineering teams to design expert solutions to complex technical problems.
Evaluating and piloting solutions from internal and external partners, ensuring they meet company standards and contribute to product development Leading case studies, testing, and reporting to derive insights and inform product improvements.
Works alongside architects to build prototypes, conduct research to support product development and application enhancement. Partners with the Director of Network Engineering Ops Excellence to proactively identify new opportunities to drive automation through Agentic AI.
Incubates and maintains the Agentic AI / Automation roadmap quarter-over-quarter. Authoring and revising technical documentation, including evaluation plans, and formal recommendations. Representing the Network Engineering Ops teams in cross-functional collaborations, providing solutions to project-related technical issues Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
