Your Impact The Sr Analyst, Global Navigation will conduct internal and external research, benchmarking and analysis of customer behavior and other relevant data. This role will generate insights and actionable recommendations within assigned area to optimize customer engagement and ensure performance aligns with financial and operational objectives.

The Sr Analyst will be responsible for tracking, analyzing and reporting key metrics, creating action plans, and delegating tasks to address areas of opportunity. This role will contribute to the development of best practices and coach and mentor less experienced analysts, fostering growth and knowledge-sharing across the organization.

What You Will Do Apply proven analytical and problem-solving techniques to evaluate the relevancy and effectiveness of site search results, browse paths and overall product findability. Build expertise in search and navigation focused on customer experience, staying up to date with evolving query optimization, taxonomy, and product attribute best practices.

Mine search and browse data to identify trends, address null searches, low engagement queries, and improve category navigation performance. Assist in developing and maintaining the customer-facing hierarchy structure and category-specific attribute model to power faceted navigation and onsite search.

Provide insights, competitive intelligence and data-driven recommendations to inform strategy, performance improvements and financial objectives. Collaborate with IT, technical product management and data science teams on intent-based, personalized navigation efforts by delivering business requirements, defining UAT/QC plans for A/B tests and new feature/product launches, and presenting recommendations based on competitive and industry best practices.

Provide data-driven insights to support governance committees in defining and maintaining cross-enterprise alignment of customer-facing navigation and taxonomy. Maintain awareness of best practices within the company, competitors and the retail industry, and work with leadership to disseminate these practices across the organization.
