The Sr. Product Manager - Tech for Global Expansion will be the single-threaded owner for defining and delivering the end-to-end customer experience lifecycle for new locales, expanding the footprint of Amazon Leo in service of our connectivity mission. This PM-T will be at the forefront of Leo's international growth for the residential segment, defining how customers discover, order, set up, monitor
- manage their service. This PM-T will own requirements and execution for customer onboarding, order management, broadband service provisioning, new hardware support, satellite terminal device management
- network management. This PM-T will define integration paradigms across multiple systems, develop a common vision and scope, establish timelines
- drive launch readiness. This PM-T will define the vision and plan by partnering with Business, Marketing, Legal, Compliance
- execute in partnership with Leo Engineering and other Amazon teams. Key job responsibilities In this role, you will work directly with customers, engineering teams
- operational stakeholders to define Leo service offerings via expertly crafted working backwards, business requirements documents which can easily be translated into product and engineering deliverables. This role requires the ability to work in a collaborative, analytical
- fast-paced environment and must be comfortable interacting with highly technical cross-functional teams. The candidate must have strong business judgment, dive deep into data, have strong writing skills and be comfortable leading executive-level reviews. Candidates must be able to analyze and implement subscription lifecycle models with appropriate KPIs for their customer segment. The best candidates will have demonstrated business and operational experience within high scale fixed, wireless and satellite telecommunications services targeting consumer and enterprise verticals will be preferred. You will own tangible goals and deliverables to enable system development and readiness to scale globally and deliver the best customer experiences through service delivery. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder)

- Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning - Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
