We're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing activity for our US lending business — owning campaigns, messaging, sales enablement and go-to-market execution to drive awareness, demand and commercial growth. What you'll do Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels to generate demand, nurture prospects and support pipeline growth Own messaging and positioning for our US lending products, ensuring clarity and consistency across all touchpoints Create and maintain high-impact marketing and sales collateral, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies and sector-specific materials Partner with the US Debt Finance team to understand commercial priorities, client needs and market opportunities, translating these into effective marketing activity Support sales teams with the materials, narratives and proof points they need to convert opportunities effectively Work with Growth, paid media and content specialists to plan and brief campaigns, defining audiences, messaging and objectives Collaborate with Commercial, Credit, Compliance and Legal to ensure all marketing output is accurate, on-brand and commercially sound Track and report on campaign and enablement performance, using data and feedback to continuously improve Contribute to the planning and delivery of client events and industry conferences What we're looking for Proven experience in a senior marketing role within B2B, fintech or financial services Strong track record of planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns Experience creating sales enablement materials and working closely with commercial teams Ability to translate complex products into clear, compelling messaging Confident managing multiple stakeholders across Sales, Compliance, Growth and senior leadership Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-moving environment A commercial mindset — comfortable working close to revenue and business targets This role requires at least 4 days per week in the office Benefits & Perks 401k plan with Principal (ON match up to 4%) Medical Care (managed through Insperity) - employees can add their family to their plan if needed Dental & Vision bundle Insperity Health Savings Account Program - this is a tax-advantaged employee benefit which can help manage health care costs by allowing employees to set aside some of their current earnings on a pretax basis for reimbursement of qualified health care expenses during the plan year EAP 20 days Holiday Basic Salary - $150,000 - $180,000
