Build our future together: The District Manager, Field Access and Reimbursement (DM) will be responsible for leading and managing the reimbursement field team in a specified geographic district at Regeneron. The DM will lead, coach, and manage a Field Reimbursement Manager team responsible for calling on office personnel, ensuring optimal access, effective pull-through, and educating on reimbursement services and program support in collaboration with the HUB services organization as it relates to the Regeneron product portfolio.

The DM will be responsible for the execution of reimbursement initiatives in the various therapeutic markets where the product is indicated. Work with internal and external partners to ensure optimal coverage within the defined customer base.

Work with the Sales and Access leadership teams within REGN and alliance counterparts to lead Regional and local strategy for payer and provider access. Develop and execute local tactical plans for execution of all brand access initiatives and relevant to defined needs in each respective customer market.

Actively engage with all field payer and access activities supporting the brand. Lead and coach to identified measurable performance parameters and monitor performance against these agreed parameters. Proactively collaborate and communicate with Sanofi partners to achieve brand goals and performance metrics.

Proactively collaborate and communicate with alliance partners to achieve brand goals and performance metrics. This role requires: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing a field-based reimbursement or sales team preferred.

Knowledge of CMS policies and processes with expertise in Part D (Pharmacy Benefit design and coverage policy) Knowledge of Managed Care, Government, and Federal payer sectors Knowledge of Integrated Delivery Network/Integrated Health Systems Previous 2-3 years of reimbursement or sales management or 5 or more years of successful sales experience is preferred.

Additional broad-based experience valued: sales operations, sales training, marketing, and/or supply chain. Previous experience with Specialty Pharmaceutical / Biologics products or relevant indications. Ability to travel extensively over large geographic territories.
