You Have: Experience in a Joint Staff or Combatant Command environment Experience synchronizing cross-functional stakeholders, integrating inputs, and driving foreign e nga gement efforts from concept development to mission execution Ability to work independently, meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and develop and maintain relationships across the IC, DoW, and partners Ability to support multinational forums TS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience in strategic e nga gement, or 12+ years of experience in strategic e nga gement in lieu of a degree Nice If You Have: Experience with organizational leadership Experience with data analysis and assessment processes Knowledge of the Joint targeting process Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in person and in writing Completion of Formal Joint planning education such as a service-level Advanced Planning School or Intelligence or Operational Planning Programs Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
