All Job Posting Locations: Bangalore, Karnataka, India Job Description: DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Manager, Governance and Portfolio – Global Services HR , located in Bangalore , India. The Manager, Governance and Portfolio will play a critical role in enabling the success of Global Services HR by establishing strong governance frameworks and managing a portfolio of strategic initiatives. This role ensures that priorities are aligned, investments are optimized

- partner with global stakeholders to shape how HR services are delivered . Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain governance frameworks to ensure alignment of Global Services HR initiatives with business strategy and priorities
- Manage and oversee the HR portfolio, including prioritization, tracking, and delivery of programs and projects
- Develop and deliver portfolio reporting, dashboards, and insights for senior leadership
- Facilitate governance forums and stakeholder meetings to drive decision‑making and accountability
- Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities across initiatives and implement mitigation plans
- Drive continuous improvement of governance processes, tools, and methodologies
- Partner with cross‑functi onal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders) to align on priorities and execution
- Support strategic planning activities, including annual planning and long‑term transformation initiatives
- Promote a culture of operational excellence, accountability, and adherence to organizational principles Qualifications Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Human Resources, or related field)
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred Experience and Skills Required:
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in HR operations, program management, governance, or portfolio management
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross‑functional programs in a global environment
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in reporting and performance tracking
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior leaders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience impleme nting governance structures and driving process improvements
- Knowledge of project/program management methodologies and tools Preferred:
- Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or shared services environments
- Exposure to HR transformation or enterprise change initiatives
- Familiarity with HR systems, workforce planning, or digital HR tools
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or project management certifications
- Experience working across geographies and diverse cultural environments Other
- Language: Fluent in English required
- Travel: Up to 10–15% international travel may be required
- Certifications: PMP, Agile
