About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Loan Examination Specialist In this role, you will: Participate in building business partner relationships and identify opportunities for maintaining them within defined parameters Analyze risks and offsets related to performing in-depth, prefund loan reviews Present recommendations for resolving various issues related to reviews and loan files Exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of compliance related to internal company requirements Provide communication regarding overall process and transaction quality to appropriate parties Perform duties to ensure adherence to set procedures and policies.

Maintain high level of accuracy and oversight on day to day operations ensuring SLAs are met. Collaborate with departments in bringing best in class customer experience. Train new hires on policy and procedures and bring them to pace in achieving deliverable of the highest standard.

Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Underwriting experience, Loan processing, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
