Field Inventory Team Lead - 1st Shift
Work Flexibility: Field-based Schedule 1st Shift: Mon – Fri, 8am start On-call rotation, required What you will do As the Field Inventory Team Lead, you will drive efficient branch operations by managing inventory accuracy, analyzing performance metrics, supporting customers and healthcare professionals, improving service processes, and leading projects that enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Cycle count inventory in various hospital and office locations throughout territory; reconcile counts with company inventory logs; submit adjustments; responsible to count all branch inventory at least once per annual year; understand and implement procedures to manage inventory shelf life and expiry records Manage, report, and analyze branch operations metrics and productivity, track service levels and problem solve any discrepancies Provide phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals; occasionally perform responsibilities in Hospital/Operating room setting; keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Issue or distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies based on information from incoming requisitions; prepare and maintain records and reports of inventories, shortages and/or shipments; determine proper storage methods, identification, and stock location Dispose of damaged or defective items following procedures Provide coaching, feedback and guidance to improve service levels, internal processes and customer support methodology Engage, interact, and respond in a prompt, accurate, courteous and poised manner in order to encourage positive business relationships Carry out long-term projects and keep management informed of progress from start to finish.
What you need Required Bachelor’s degree in business or related, or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree Valid Driver’s license with good driving record Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call/participate in rotational on call as needed Preferred Experience in people management Demonstrated warehouse/inventory control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment Demonstrated proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and Access, ERP systems (including data analysis tools i.e. queries, pivot tables, etc.); SAP, Power BI $64,400 - $94,400 USD Annual Travel Percentage: 30% Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
