- As an Executive Business Partner supporting the G&A organization, you will play a crucial role in keeping these teams running smoothly and operating at their best. This is a highly operational role embedded within fast-moving functions — you will manage team coordination, drive operational workflows, support cross-functional programs

- comfortable handling a wide range of priorities with discretion and follow-through.

- Your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative oversight including:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and manage demanding calendars, including internal and external meetings with employees, vendors, and clients. Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and ensure that time is optimized
- Meeting Participation: Act as a collaborator in key meetings, contributing to discussions and follow-up actions, with the support and guidance of the executive
- Confidential Information Handling: Manage sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
- Program and project support including:
- Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and overseeing critical events including Investor Relations external and internal coordination, Team and Leadership offsites
- Cultural Programs: Support and help coordinate in-person cultural programming and connection moments for the G&A team and broader employee base in San Francisco, helping foster community and belonging at the hub level
- Executive Onboarding : Coordinate logistics and support for new G&A leadership team members, ensuring a smooth and well-organized start
- Stakeholder Engagement: Interact with senior leadership and external partners, fostering strong relationships and facilitating effective communication
- Ad-hoc Projects: Undertake tasks and projects as assigned by the executive and/or your manager
- Participate in in-person Nextdoor events such as trainings, off-sites, volunteer days, and team building exercises
- Build in-person relationships with team members and contribute to Nextdoor’s company culture
- Building toward the future:
- Workflow Automation: Identify manual or repetitive processes across G&A operations and work to streamline them using available tools and technology - from scheduling and intake routing to document workflows and team coordination
- AI Tool Adoption : Proactively explore and apply AI and emerging technologies to reimagine how administrative and operational work gets done, and help the team build toward a smarter, more scalable way of working
- What You’ll Bring To The Team
- 3+ years of experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative support role, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment and/or the ability to perform at an advanced level in the domain
- Proven ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities across multiple demanding stakeholders
- Experience supporting senior or executive-level leaders with a high degree of discretion and professionalism
- Hands-on experience planning and executing events - from team offsites to large-scale coordinated programs
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with a track record of follow-through
- Proficiency in Google Productivity Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Slides, Sheets); experience with Coda and Workday is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting across all levels of the organization
- Proactive and solutions-oriented - you anticipate needs, close gaps, and don’t wait to be asked twice
- Curiosity about AI and automation - you’re already using these tools or actively looking for ways to work smarter, and you want to help your team do the same

- Compensation, benefits, perks, and recognition programs at Nextdoor come together to create our total rewards package. Compensation will vary depending on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
- The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $87,000 to $139,000 on an annualized basis
- potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. The salary range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location.
- We expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With quarterly vesting, your first vest date will take place within 3 months of your start date.
