Senior Intelligence Analyst
Job Title: Senior Intelligence Analyst Travel: Outside Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a Senior Level (15 + years of experience in this field) Unmanned Systems (UxS) Weapons Expert in support of Department of War (DoW) and Combatant Command projects with Unmanned Systems to include but not limited to Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV), Unmanned Maritime Vessels, and Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV).
The purpose of this position is to be able to utilize UxS and Weapons Expertise to guide projects and partners for the launch, release, and suspension systems on unmanned systems. They will also be responsible for assisting in the design and deployment of one-way attack (OWA) and special use UxS capabilities, as well as all necessary supporting acquisition activities
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of all-source analysts to meet customer requirements for worldwide UxS threat technologies.
- Research, develop, analyze, author
- present technical intelligence products focused on UxS, Commercial Off the Shelf Technologies (COTS)
- improvised systems to Department of War (DoW), Intelligence Community
- Assist Government project lead in advising senior leaders on technical intelligence matters concerning UxS. · Coordinate and deconflict projects with interagency and Defense Department partners. · Responsible for the development and authoring of analytical products in support of UxS and Acquisition technical studies. · Responsibility to provide updates to customer on commercial threat technological trends. · Perform briefings on acquisition, intelligence requirements
- threat analysis to high level stakeholders in Department of War (DoW) and the Interagency (IA). · Identify intelligence gaps in commercial technologies technical intelligence and work with Collection Managers to address those gaps. · Develop Target analysis on commercial off the shelf related technologies and procurement to help further aid improvised threat technical intelligence. · Perform technical UAS research in classified databases for use in written products. · Perform all functional duties independently and without training Qualifications
Required
- Current and Active Secret Clearance and able to obtain TS/SCI 15 years of experience supporting DoW, USSOF, and/or the Intelligence Community.
- Current and Active Secret clearance and able to obtain TS/SCI.
- Graduate of DoD or IA intelligence analysis school or course. · Basic Understanding of UxS platforms and how they work. · Experience working with multiple Combatant Commands (COCOM) and an understanding of the problem sets within those COCOMs. · 10+ years of experience with intelligence tools such as but not limited to CHROME, PALANTIR, TAC, CIAWIRE, NSA PULSE, OSINT Analytical Framework. · Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite and experience conducting data and statistic manipulation. · Able to work individually and as part of a collaborative team. · Excellent communications skills able to brief senior leaders and decision makers. · Desired: History of work with Defense Department and/or Defense Industry concerning technical UAS related work.
- Experience working with Special Operations Forces. · Prior experience with the intelligence community and its collection requirement structure. · Master’s Degree in a related analytical field. · Understanding of improvised threats from RCIED, UAS
- other improvised technology. · Experience with armed UxS and the like weapons systems. · Experience with military and commercial explosive systems.
