We’re looking to hire a Data Analyst contractor based in Manchester to support our UKPI business, in CDAO Europe. The focus for this analyst will be supporting UKPI's strategic priorities and foundational enables (namely launching new offers and building unified data platforms), as well as our BAU activities (client segmentation for communications, dashboard updates, ad-hoc analysis requests).
What You'll Be Doing Support UKPI's key strategic priorities, including the launch of new business offers and incentive programmes. Contribute to the development of unified data platforms and reporting capabilities that improve business visibility and decision-making.
Help design and deliver scalable analytics solutions that enable long-term growth and operational excellence. Deliver client segmentation and targeting analysis to support communications and engagement strategies. Maintain and enhance dashboards and reporting assets to ensure stakeholders have access to timely, accurate insights.
Respond to ad hoc analytical requests, uncovering trends, opportunities, and risks through data-driven analysis. Work closely with cross-functional business and technology teams to understand challenges and translate requirements into analytical solutions.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Act as a trusted analytics partner, helping stakeholders make informed business decisions. What We're Looking For Technical & Analytical Expertise Proven experience in a Data Analyst or Analytics role.
Strong data querying and manipulation skills, particularly using SQL and Python . Experience developing dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau . Strong quantitative and statistical skills, including analysing averages, deviations, distributions, outliers, and behavioural trends.
Problem Solving & Insight Generation Ability to break down complex business problems and translate them into practical data solutions. Experience gathering requirements, identifying key business questions, and generating actionable insights from data.
Naturally curious mindset with a passion for finding opportunities through analysis. Collaboration & Communication Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders across functions and levels.
