Job Summary This job oversees daily security operations and supervises officers to maintain facility safety and access control protocols. It coordinates staff scheduling, training activities, and security system monitoring under managerial direction.

The job ensures incident response readiness while implementing established security procedures and emergency response plans. Job Description Responsibilities: Hours: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm. Hours subject to change based on the needs of the business.

Supervising security officers' daily activities and patrols while ensuring compliance with established protocols and emergency response procedures Coordinating security staff scheduling, training activities, and performance monitoring under direction of Security Manager and Director Managing access control systems and visitor management protocols while maintaining accurate documentation of security-related incidents and reports Overseeing security control room operations and monitoring systems, ensuring proper equipment functionality and incident response readiness Implementing building security procedures and conducting regular assessments of physical security measures under managerial guidance Supporting development of security protocols and emergency response plans while maintaining relationships with local law enforcement agencies Monitoring security budget expenditures and inventory controls while preparing regular operational reports for management review Responding to security incidents and emergencies while coordinating appropriate responses with internal teams and external authorities Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
