Over an intensive 12 to 24-month journey, you will rotate through predominantly commercial and IT-related departments in Germany and abroad. Your mission is to gain a deep understanding of our business and data-driven decision-making processes
- building expertise in data analytics, digitalization
- machine learning. You will analyze complex challenges, identify optimization potentials along our business processes
- collaborate with specialist departments to develop innovative, data-based, digital solutions. In doing so, you will work on strategically relevant topics such as market analyses, forecasting
- the development of data-driven business decisions. Your academic foundation: You have graduated with an outstanding (full-time) Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, (Business) Informatics
- a related field. Your focus ideally lies on topics such as data analytics, data science, machine learning
- quantitative methods. Perhaps you already bring an MBA, PhD
- initial work experience.
- Your passion for data-driven topics: You have a strong passion for data and analytical challenges. You are motivated to structure and analyze large volumes of data and derive concrete, actionable recommendations from them. Initial practical experience in data analytics, data science
- data mining is an advantage. Your eye for the bigger picture: You find it exciting to understand how business models work and how data-based insights contribute to the optimization of processes and strategies. You are highly motivated to link analytical results with entrepreneurial goals.
