About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Chief of Staff (Business Execution Senior Lead) to support the Head of Business Development for Cards and Personal Loans. This role will serve as a strategic advisor and operating partner, driving alignment and execution across the Business Development portfolio.

The Chief of Staff will play a key role in helping shape and execute the organization's strategic priorities by providing structure, visibility, and coordination across a diverse portfolio of initiatives. This individual will help drive business planning, executive communications, organizational effectiveness, and partnership-related activities while ensuring leadership remains focused on the highest-impact opportunities.

In This Role, You Will

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Business Development leadership, translating priorities into actionable plans, tracking progress
