- operate AWS cloud infrastructure and platform services in production environments Execute deployments using CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) Manage cloud services across compute, networking, storage, identity
- monitoring layers Monitor environments, respond to alerts, incidents
- service degradation , ensuring high uptime Troubleshoot production issues , perform root cause analysis
- implement fixes Collaborate with product engineering and CloudOps teams to ensure smooth application deployments Develop automation and scripts to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort Maintain runbooks, operational documentation
- deployment procedures Support incident response rotations and continuous improvement of platform reliability You're the right fit if: Cloud Operations Experience: 8+ years in cloud/platform operations or production support , with strong hands-on AWS experience AWS Expertise: Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, Load Balancing, Monitoring tools) and managing production environments Automation & DevOps Practices: Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Strong skills in monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) , incident handling
- root cause analysis Scripting & Containers: Proficiency in Python/Bash scripting , with experience in Docker and Kubernetes Operational Excellence & Collaboration: Ability to manage critical incidents, improve system reliability

For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
