Finance Manager, Process and Innovation

The Finance Manager will join our Process & Innovation Team to drive operational rigor, intake discipline, system hygiene, AI-enabled process transformation, and performance visibility across Treasury operations. This role partners with Finance, Operations, and Engineering stakeholders to manage intake and prioritization through the F2E process and ADO tool, support AI and transformation initiatives, maintain SFI and system health practices, support access review governance, and track operational effectiveness metrics that enable stronger execution, controls, and decision making.

Responsibilities Intake, Prioritization & ADO Governance Coordinate intake for business requests through the F2E process, ensuring submissions are complete, clearly documented, and routed appropriately for review and prioritization. Maintain ADO work items, priorities, status updates, dependencies, and supporting documentation to enable transparent execution and stakeholder alignment.
Support prioritization discussions by preparing data, tracking decisions, and following up on open actions across Finance, Operations, and Engineering partners. Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation opportunities to improve intake quality, streamline prioritization, reduce manual coordination, and advance the F2E process toward next-level finance automation.
SFI, Systems Health & Hygiene Monitor SFI-related actions, risks, and hygiene activities to support compliance readiness and reduce operational exposure. Track system health indicators, aging items, open defects, process gaps, and remediation progress to strengthen operational reliability.
Partner with process owners to identify recurring issues, improve documentation, and promote consistent standards for tool and process hygiene. Identify opportunities to use AI-driven monitoring, pattern detection, and automation to improve system hygiene, accelerate remediation, and strengthen proactive controls across finance operations.
Tool Access Review Coordinate recurring tool access reviews, including user validation, evidence collection, follow-up actions, and documentation of completion status. Work with system owners and control partners to confirm appropriate access, remove unnecessary permissions, and support compliance expectations.
Maintain clear records of review outcomes, exceptions, and remediation progress to support auditability and control discipline. Explore AI-enabled approaches to simplify access validation, identify anomalies, improve evidence quality, and move access review activities toward more automated and risk-based control execution.
Operational Effectiveness Metrics Develop, track, and maintain operational effectiveness metrics, including OTC optimization KPIs, AI transformation progress, and reductions in manual work. Use AI, analytics, and automation opportunities to evolve metrics from retrospective reporting into predictive insights, proactive recommendations, and measurable finance transformation outcomes.

Additional or preferred qualifications Masters Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 3+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 5+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance work experience OR equivalent experience.
Experience using ADO or similar work management tools to track intake, priorities, status, risks, and dependencies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across Finance, Operations, Engineering, and control stakeholders.
Proven attention to detail with the ability to manage recurring processes, follow up on open items, and maintain accurate documentation. Ability to analyze operational data, identify trends, and translate findings into clear updates, actionable recommendations, and transformation opportunities.
Experience supporting Treasury, Order-to-Cash, Collections, Cash Application, or broader Financial Operations processes. Familiarity with SFI, system access governance, audit readiness, or control-oriented operational practices. Experience building or maintaining dashboards, trackers, or recurring business reviews using Excel, Power BI, ADO, SharePoint, or similar tools.
Exposure to AI, automation, workflow improvement, or transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, quality, or scalability. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive follow-through in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Financial Analysis IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $77,800 - $153,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $102,200 - $169,900 per year.
