Production Team Lead - 2nd shift (Onsite)
Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do: Join our team as a Production Team Leader in Assembly - 2nd shift (Onsite) We are seeking a hands-on people leader to manage a team of 40+ associates, drive performance, and foster a culture of excellence on our production floor.
In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget adherence, while also supporting team building, employee engagement, new product launches, and effective capacity and production planning. Schedule Information: Days: Monday – Thursday Hours: 4pm- 2:30am (4 X10s) .
Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of 40+ associates, promoting engagement, teamwork, and accountability. Ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Allocate resources effectively based on production schedules and standards.
Identify, lead, and execute cost reduction initiatives to meet financial objectives. Collaborate with other business unit leaders on projects and operational initiatives. Collect, analyze, and report production metrics to forecast business needs.
Participate in daily management meetings and communicate business results clearly across all levels. Drive continuous improvement through teamwork, consultative problem-solving, and operational excellence.
