ABOUT THIS ROLE The Marketing Manager, EU Promotions will coordinate and launch promotional campaigns and programs across the region aimed at acquiring new customers and re-engaging former members. This role is responsible for executing customer-focused and data-driven initiatives, managing multiple milestones with shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment while keeping senior stakeholders updated on progress. This includes optimizing user flows and experiences for promo campaigns in the region as well as monitoring and reporting on campaign and test performance. As a Marketing Manager, EU Promotions, you will... - Own, manage
  • execute data-driven marketing campaigns and promotions, supporting growth marketing initiatives that drive conversion - Deliver against acquisition and growth targets for promotional campaigns in the EU region - Project manage and deliver campaigns from end-to-end: manage creative process, segmentation, day-to-day operations (planning, tracking, timelines, reporting), stakeholder submissions
  • optimization - Partner and collaborate cross-functionally across internal teams and marketing channel owners to deliver an exceptional customer experience - Manage and deliver business approvals for the region’s campaigns with relevant stakeholders including leadership, finance
  • legal - Test and learn across new and existing platforms, with an eye towards AI, automation
  • optimization capabilities - Identifying, documenting
  • communicating issues promptly to teams and stakeholders for swift resolution - Tracking performance metrics, monitoring campaign success

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business
  • equivalent - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives - Speak, write
  • read fluently in English - Experience in acquisition and/or performance marketing - Experience with digital marketing concepts like user segmentation, customer journeys

  • Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail - Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously as well as collaborate as part of a team - Experience with web analytics tools, email marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, Content Management Systems (CMS), JIRA, Tableau, etc. - Proven experience in managing performance-oriented campaigns including leveraging A/B testing and experimentation - Experience in industries such as digital subscriptions, entertainment, and/or digital content - Thorough understanding of marketing principles - Proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less with a track record of delivering on time and meeting or exceeding goals Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
