To know more about Lowe's India, visit Lowes.co.in Job Summary The role of Findability (Search & Navigation) is to strategically evaluate the online product findability experience for customers across both browse/navigation and site search experiences while evaluating industry trends to create and test data-driven improvements to the customer shopping experience with Lowe’s. The Sr. Analyst, Global Navigation will provide research, benchmarking, analysis, insights
- recommendations. They will track and lead key customer engagement, navigation
- search metrics to ensure performance against site standards and financial objectives. Roles & Responsibilities Core Responsibilities
- Applies analytical and problem-solving techniques to evaluate browse paths, category navigation, and site-wide search relevancy.
- Builds expertise in taxonomy, navigation, and search optimization best practices.
- Supports cross-functional partnerships with Brand Advocate, Online Merchandising, Product Management, Data Science, Category Experience, Site Operations, and Content teams.
- Collaborates with IT, Technical Product Management, and Data Science teams on personalized findability initiatives, business requirements, UAT/QC plans, A/B tests, and feature launches.
- Maintains product attributes to power faceted navigation and onsite search.
- Assists in developing and maintaining hierarchy structures, category attribute models, and query relationships.
- Mines search data and develops plans to address null searches and low-engagement queries.
- Provides competitive intelligence and data-driven recommendations.
- Maintains awareness of industry best practices and helps disseminate them across the organization.
- Provides governance and cross-enterprise alignment support for customer-facing search and navigation experiences. Years of Experience 4+ years relevant experience Education Qualification & Certifications Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field. Required Skill Set Primary
- 3 years of online experience or Omni-Channel merchandising/marketing
- 2 years of experience in a high SKU count retail environment
- 1 year of experience in analytics, statistics, website taxonomies, business planning, data science and/or finance
- E-commerce retail experience
- Understanding of Web Analytics and Retail Math; experience with Adobe Analytics or similar tools
- Exposure to Taxonomy, Search and Navigation platforms/tools
- Experience coaching and assisting team members Secondary Skill Set
- Experience in Customer Insights (CI), CRM or Customer Experience (CX)
- Exposure to A/B testing and experimentation
- Knowledge of retail and competitor best practices
