As a Senior Technical Program Manager for Flight Electronics, you will own the end-to-end technical program strategy for the systems that control and enable Leo satellites, from architecture and design through qualification testing and high-rate production. Drive Cross-Functional Execution & Technical Decisions: Serve as the central program leader across electrical engineering, embedded software, RF systems, integration and test, reliability

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 3+ years experience leading cross-functional engineering teams in delivery of products involving hardware and software - Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering

  • Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering to reach optimum system level trades and drive technical solutions on Flight Electronics systems - Proven track record managing complex programs at scale, including building execution plans, defining success metrics, mitigating risk
