As an HIV Prevention National Head of Sales , at Gilead you will lead the national sales strategy and execution for a rapidly evolving and highly competitive HIV Prevention portfolio. This role sits at the center of Gilead’s HIV Prevention Commercial Leadership Team and is accountable for delivering revenue growth, market expansion

  • Master’s Degree and 14 years’ experience
  • PhD and 14 years’ experience Preferred Qualifications MBA or other advanced degree Proven experience leading leaders in large, matrixed commercial organizations Strong strategic leadership with demonstrated ownership of P&L and enterprise decision-making Track record of successfully driving organizational transformation and performance improvement Deep experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology commercial functions (e.g., sales, marketing, market access) Expertise in strategic planning, portfolio management

Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
