" Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Shared Services Outsourcing Advisory Responsibilities: PwC India is hiring experienced professionals for its GBS / GCC Advisory practice Hyderabad .

We are seeking candidates with strong experience in GCC advisory, GBS set-up, scale-up, and operating model transformation. As part of this high-performing team, you will work on diverse engagements with local and global teams . You will be part of the entire cycle of strategy to execution for GBS / GCC set-ups working with clients across industries and drive meaningful business impact .

Shared Services Outsourcing Advisory Specific - Worked across multiple corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement, IT, Legal etc.), supporting business transformation and shared services expansion. - Experience with GBS / GCC strategy roadmap creation, detailed future state design and transition management, - experience in location strategy, activity level scoping for various functions (Fin, HR, IT, procurement etc.) and FTE sizing - Business case scenario modelling based on various options - Transition roadmap creation - Designing the target operating model design - Ability to design processes using tools such as Visio, Aris etc, mapping hand off points, identifying controls - Experience in financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, and FTE sizing for GCC/GBS feasibility studies. - Experience with automation and digital enablers (RPA, AI, process mining, analytics tools) to streamline GBS operations - Worked with senior stakeholders to design KPIs, SLAs, and governance mechanisms for GBS service management - Managed service delivery transformation projects, including outsourcing vendor selection and contract management. - Experience with at least 1 end to end GBS/GCC execution program - Strong foundation in core consulting skills such as client stakeholder management, problem solving, strategic thinking, and strong proficiency in power point, excel and Visio skills - Experience with project management methodologies and tools Mandatory skill sets: Ability to work independently in a multi-cultural environment both as an individual or as a part of the team. - Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Proven experience of client facing work with client handling capabilities including senior stakeholders Preferred skill sets: - Lead a team - Lead project workstreams - Lead internal risk and quality assessments - Coach and guide the project team - Manage timelines and resourceing on projects - Manage Project Economics (Billing & Collection, Risk Reviews and approvals etc.) - Work with the team on business development initiatives, proposals etc - 6- 9 Years of experience with at least 4 years relevant to JD Years of experience required: 8 to 10 Years Education qualification: BE/B.Tech / MCA /M.Tech / MBA / PGDM in Finance / Accounting / Management Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering, MBA (Master of Business Administration) Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Project Risk and Issue Management, Project Risk Management Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Accounting Consulting, Accounting Policies, Active Listening, Analytical Thinking, Coaching and Feedback, Communication, Compliance With Accounting Standards, Complying With Regulations, Creativity, Economic Forecasting, Embracing Change, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Financial Accounting, Financial Economics, Financial Management, Financial Market, Financial Modeling, Financial Regulation, Financial Reporting, Financial Risk Management, Financial Statement Analysis, Financial Statement Preparation {+ 16 more} Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified) Travel Requirements Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
