Job Title Site Reliability Engineer At Clover, we proudly deliver a premier Point of Sale system that encompasses a seamless end-to-end solution.

This comprehensive offering integrates elegant hardware devices, cloud-based POS software, streamlined payments processing, robust platform APIs for third-party developers, and an expansive ecosystem boasting over 220 apps. Qualifications for consideration: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in designing, analyzing, scaling, and rectifying issues within large-scale distributed systems. Proficiently automating top-tier platform solutions using programming languages such as Java, Go, Python, or Ruby.

Five years of experience troubleshooting and securing Linux environments, with a preference for CentOS or RHEL. Strong grasp of the TCP/IP Model and adeptness in diagnosing networking concerns with mTLS. Familiarity with diverse Cloud technologies such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Regular experience deploying secure infrastructure and adeptness in automating security-related challenges like certificate or identity management issues. Willingness to participate in on-call rotations and proactively mitigate potential problems.

Over five years of experience tackling platform management challenges across many of these domains: Cloud Management: Terraform, Pulumi, or Cloud Formation. Configuration Management Tools: Puppet, Ansible, or Chef. Kubernetes: Proficiency in Openshift and/or Cloud Native Solution (AWS, GCP).

Load Balancers: Mastery of HA Proxy, F5, or Cloud Native Solution (AWS, GCP). Monitoring: Experience with Telegraf, DataDog, Wavefront, or Prometheus. SQL Databases: Familiarity with CloudSQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Security Management Tools: Familiarity with Venafi, Vault, and/or Cloud Native Solution (AWS, GCP).

Service Mesh: Proficiency with HA Proxy, Istio, or Consul. Demonstrated history of adept problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to rapidly master any of the aforementioned domains if certain skills are not already possessed. Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
