This role will manage the training and development activities for the sales area with focus on policy and strategy implementation to enable the organization's sales force maximizing their sales potential. The Manager, Coronary Sales Training will organize, plan and execute all aspects of training for our US Coronary field-based employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the education and preparation of our teams. You will work in coordination with the Training Team to create consistency of content in training sessions and field co-travel. We are looking for an ambitious, organized and highly efficient expert with medical device sales experience.

What You'll Work On Responsible for managing and making recommendations for all programs within New Hire Training, Strategic selling and Training Program budgets. Assess employee skills, talents, performance and productivity and prepare written evaluations with advice for improvement.

Responsible for the success of administration and executing training programs. Develop content for Coronary learning platform(s). Oversight for maintaining training material on the learning platform. Oversee the training in all key areas of product understanding, sales strategies/tactics, internal processes; including but not limited to Salesforce and Power BI.

Research new training materials and programs that enhance our training procedures and provide value to the organization. Oversee the onboarding of new hires, assignment to training sessions. Review and assess new hire selling skills and knowledge; provide input on any recommended corrective measures.

Identify/anticipate future training needs and create curriculum to facilitate the necessary training. High level of communication with Training Director, Area Vice Presidents and to ensure all training and development needs are identified and met.

Oversee maintenance of repository of competency measures, including quiz questions, role plays, projects, videos, etc. Maintain repository of certification results and report to management. Assess and make recommendations for skill development, performance improvement and career path development as individuals gain more tenure.

Search for/identify gaps in training materials or content to ensure continuous development and elevation of the skill for the field teams. Collaborate with Product Managers, Contracts and Pricing, Area Vice Presidents, and Field Sales Trainers to deliver training, content and development, new product information and product launches.

Ensure field sales teams are certified on training programs. What You'll Bring Bachelor’s Degree (Business or Organizational Development preferred, but not required) 5+ years of experience in Medical or Diagnostics Sales Previous people management experience strongly desired.

Demonstrated excellence in leadership, organization, communication and team building skills. Experience designing and administrating learning management systems Preferred Qualifications Minimum 4 years field coaching experience preferred 2+ years training experience preferred.

The base pay for this position is $129,300.00 – $258,700.00 In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
