The EA will serve as the operational backbone for our leadership team — managing complex calendars, coordinating travel, driving team logistics

Key job responsibilities * Manage complex calendars and scheduling requirements, including coordinating all aspects of internal and external meetings across multiple locations and time zones *Coordinate seamless domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, ground transportation
  • detailed agendas *Process and submit expense reports accurately and in a timely manner *Track and help drive completion of key deliverables, following up on action items *Organize and execute team activities including staff meeting agendas, Town Hall meetings, off-sites, morale events

  • 2+ years of professional or military experience - Experience with executive level calendar management - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience at Amazon - Experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - Experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes
